What you need to rent:
Passport or EEA card – ‘EEA countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.’
Driving License, Utility bill
Your proof of employment must include details of employment,including but not limited to – Contract type, role within the company, length at company. You should ensure that your proof of employment is signed, dated and includes contact details of the employer.
A character reference must be written by professional friend who has known you for longer than 3 years. They must include details of your nature and explain why they would recommend you as a tenant.
